Chris and company did a great job removing mold in our garage ceiling, and other surfaces of our home. They were very thorough and gave us recommendations on what needs to get fixed from the damages caused by moisture. I have worked with Integrity on preventative programs for a 12,000 sq. Ft. Estate in Laguna Beach. They helped clear and clean all interior air vents from the vent in each room all the way back to the HVAC units around the home. Such professionalism, knowledge and their equipment is top notch. Really loved working with them and look forward to the next project. In my case I hope it’s not an emergency but if there is one I know I can count on them.

This review is a few weeks late, but ya know…life.
In general:
Chris & Co were great the entire process, always on time – much appreciated! You can tell that Chris has a lot of expertise and was very willing and able to explain everything that his team was doing and why there were doing it. Everyone was respectful of my home and did everything in their power to keep it clean and covered during the whole process. They were much faster than expected. Originally he said this may be a 3-4 day job, but it ended up only taking 2 days!
This project wasn’t cheap, but I felt that Integrity’s ability to rebuilt/repair/reuse much of this existing cabinet parts saved us a nearly full kitchen remodel, which would have been 3-4x the amount we paid w/ Chris. Overall, Chris and his team were just pleasant to work with. I found them to be good people with the expertise and skill needed to complete the job. They did everything they promised and the whole project can in ahead of schedule and under budget. I literally have zero complaints working with Integrity and I would recommend them to anyone in need of similar work.

Integrity Restoration is awesome! had a roof leak and they came out quickly, and were able to asses the damage and cause of the leak. The owner Chris is so awesome to work with, he’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. He helped save us thousands of dollars, and was able to turn our stressful situation into an easy one.

Every time I see a business with 5 stars across the board I get a little suspicious – are these reviews real? How can there really be a business that consistently gets 5 star ratings?
Well, now I know. Integrity Restoration deserves that and more. I will update if we go with them (I’m still waiting on our insurance and a quote from the people that the insurance sent to us),but so far Chris and Jill get a solid 5 stars for:
– Responsiveness. I call, leave a message, they call back the same day. This doesn’t always happen when you’re dealing with contractors, who are super busy.
– Knowledge in the field. Chris was super helpful, generous with his time (he returned my call at 7pm) and really had a lot of insight into how insurance companies work, as well as what needs to be done in water cases. They were actually referred to me by a friend who used them, and I can see why – he explained so much of the process to me and made it understandable.
I will update this review if we use them for the work – they are extremely busy with projects back to back (which is always a good sign) – but for now, I am just grateful and impressed with the customer service they provide and the expertise Chris has in dealing with water damage as well as navigating insurance claims.

I had a roof leak that caused mold in 4 different areas of my house to the point that the spores in the air were at dangerous levels and unsafe to remain in the home. I called Chris and explained to him that my family was staying in a hotel until we could get everythig sorted out with the mold removal. Not only did Chris genuinely empathize with what I was going through but he also made it a priority to do anything he could to help get us out of the hotel and back home as quickly as possible.
I called on a Monday evening and was able to get an estimate Tuesday and they came out that Wednesday to start the job (even arriving 10 min early).
They estimated the job would take about 3-4 days and were able to complete the mold removal in 3. Not only did the removal go smoothly and professionally but Chris also went above and beyond to check the weather report for the next few days, considering the area of the roof that was leaking had not been repaired yet. It turned out that it was supposed to rain the day after the removal was done so Chris went way out of his way and reached out to roofers to do whatever he could to get the roof tarped off to avoid leaks reaching the recently remediated area. It was tough to find a company to come out on such short notice and on the weekend but he managed to make it happen (even getting on the roof himself to help and ensure it got done). It poured the next couple of days and there were no leaks in sight. Had he not thought to check the weather the rain would have been a disaster to the area that had just been remediated. This effort was truely above and beyond.
I could go on and on about the great experience I had with Chris and the entire staff at Integrity Restoration. From the customer service to the professionalism to the pricing to the effeciency etc etc. They really did what they could to make a tough situation as easy as possible, being honest and professional every step of the way. I can not recommend this company enough. Their name is a true testiment to their service and I appreciate everything they did and the way they did it. 5+++stars easily.
